Where do you ship to?
We provide family island shipping. 

Can I cancel or change my order?
If an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.

I haven’t received a confirmation email for my purchase. What should I do?
Once you have submitted your order, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of the purchase indicating that the transaction was successful. If you have not received an email within this period, please contact us to ensure that we have received your order.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we do. See "Pickup Policy" for more information. 

How do I redeem a coupon?
To redeem a coupon, enter the code in the 'Apply a Coupon' box at checkout. The discount will automatically be applied to your order.

Can I combine more than one promotion or coupon in the same order?
Here at AGS, we are always offering some savings to our dolls; however, we do not allow promotion codes to be combined due to our already affordable prices.
