Please note that processing times do NOT include Sundays, Mondays or holidays. 

LOCAL PICKUP

Online orders can be picked up locally in Freeport, Bahamas ONLY. Pickup is available one hour after your order is confirmed during business hours. Once your order is placed, please contact us via email or Instagram direct message to arrange your pickup. If you need your item(s) sooner than the one-hour window, don’t hesitate to reach out. You’re also welcome to visit our storefront directly during business hours to collect your order. We’re located at #9 Kross Town Plaza, Freeport, Bahamas.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available upon request, subject to the customer's location. A delivery fee will be added to your total.

FAMILY ISLAND SHIPPING

We offer shipping to the family islands via airplane or mailboat. To ensure timely delivery, please place your order in advance, as shipping schedules may vary depending on the carrier.

You will have up to 5 days after confirmation email has been sent to retrieve your items. If you do not retrieve your items in the said time frame, your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded. You will then have to place the order again.
